Happy Fall ya'll! This is Natalie from Southern Belle's Charm,
with another post on great styling tips with Twine. So excited to be
here to show you some fall wedding inspiration for an upcoming event I
am planning using twine and other crafting supplies. In honor of the
season, I wanted to focus on the warm colors with a little glitz for
this wedding.
The
bride wanted the natural elements of the season - moss, birds, leaves
while staying true to her theme - Vintage Vineyard. This look gives off
the feel of old milk bottles and book pages. I have fallen deeply in
love with the Stone Twine and use it whenever I can. Embellishing with
twine allowed me to keep with the authentic look the bride wanted for
her special day.
The
twine was a perfect addition to the folded book stand. I wanted to be
able to suspend the skeleton key and needed something to hold it in
place. Twine is such a wonderful durable product - it was a great fit.
For the drink dispensers - we had purchased these adorable chalkboard
clips but needed a way for them to hang. Once again we were able to use
the twine as an added element and the look mimics a display in an old
general store. I wanted the beverage display to have signage welcoming
the guests to the wedding. I chose to make a banner from burlap, linen
and orange glitter with the couples last name which could then be a
great piece for their home. Since Halloween is so close, I chose orange
and black so they could use it on their front door. The twine was a
great type of material to use because it is small enough to easily fit
through the holes of the burlap. I love how it turned out! I
also created other fabulous fall inspired crafts for the wedding
including a moss covered wreath with an orange glittered bird and a moss
covered letter M in a rustic frame.
Don't
forget that twine is a wonderful product to use with other materials
besides paper. It has such a versatile use that I am able to
incorporate it into so many events.
Grab your twine instead of ribbon
next time.
Have a wonderful Fall Season!
Enjoy the cooler temps and
the warm drinks.
Can't wait to be back and share more uses for twine in your parties!
Remember to make every event yours.

So fun Natalie...I be the bride was thrilled!
