Flowers for Mom

Good Morning!  It's Jamie here with you today.  I have been playing with my Cricut  Imagine and my Twinery Baker's Twine to create a basket of flowers for Mom!

I used the Enjoy The Seasons Cricut Imagine Cartridge to cut the basket and flowers at 5".  Once I had the cuts made, I used a quick dry liquid adhesive on the flower pieces (doing one at a time) starting in the center and wrapping the twine in a circle, then added a pearl to the center of each to hide my starting point.

For the basket, I used a paper piercer to punch the weave lines on the Cricut cut and then hand stitched the Cappuccino Twine to create the weave.  I finished the basket by adding a bow in Caribbean Twine and adding a sentiment sticker to the tag!  I attached the entire basket to the front of my card using foam adhesive.

Thanks so much for stopping by the blog today!
