The Twinery is Hopping Sweet & Sassy!

Hi everyone!
Julie Ranae here with you today!

It's a great time to be with us as this is the
first stop on a FaBuLoUs blog hop with

and

Our creative designers are joining with the
talented designers of Sweet 'n Sassy to bring you a variety
of projects using their beautiful stamp images
and our very versatile baker's twine.

Both companies are giving away beautiful prizes,
so make sure you make a stop at each of the
blogs on the hop....more information below.

I put together a fairly clean and simple masculine-style
birthday card.  Those of us who stamp sometimes find
it difficult to come up with something for this category.
Sweet & Sassy Stamps has this great set called
'Forest Silhouettes' and I really enjoyed playing with it.

I enjoy using our baker's twine for simple accents.
For this card, I created a divider for my 'wallpaper'
base by using the following colors from The Twinery...

We are so happy to have our friends from
Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps...in case they are new to you...

Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps is a small Christian stamp company owned by Korin & Dan Sutherland. We offer an exclusive line of clear and digital stamps as well as new dies to the paper crafting community.  Our stamps are "sweet 'n sassy" and almost everything in between.

Welcome Laurel Seabrook as Our Guest

Hey Everyone!  Julie Ranae here!

I am really excited to share a wonderful guest designer
here at The Twinery.
She is known in the paper-crafting community as a
very creative designer and you are going to see just why!

When we saw what she was doing with our baker's twine,
it wasn't long before we asked if she would share with
our readers here at The Twinery.

We're uber-excited to have the talented
Laurel Seabrook
with us today!

Hi there, Laurel here and I am so honored
to have been asked to be a
Guest Designer for The Twinery!

I am married with two girls, ages 16 and 13, who keep me busy and of course give me a lot to scrap about.  I teach grade one full time so I look forward to my 'me' time at the end of the day in my scraproom; where I do everything from cards, to layouts and altered projects.  I have been fortunate to have been on and continue to be on fabulous Design Teams, currently I am one of the Glue Dots Dottesses.  I have also been published numerous times in several magazines including Northridge Media and Paper Crafts.
I love paper crafting, and being rewarded for it is
just so amazing for me.

It is no secret that I love twine, and have been using it on almost every project for a couple of years now.

I just love the extra texture and dimension it
gives to my projects and
The Twinery twine is my favorite!

Once again I am honored to be a guest here at
The Twinery
and I hope that you like my projects.
