ReplyDeleteWOW that is some giveaway! First of all my little hawk eyed 4 year ol son stalks the mailman almost as much as I do. He thinks every new scrap supply I get is for him! I would definitely share the twine with my sister and Mom who also scrap. I would make some homemade gifts using that Martha Stewart book, but maybe they would not be for Christmas! As for the Michael's gift certificate, I could FINALLY get some cubes and such so I no longer have to scrap at the dining room table!! That would be so sweet! Thanks so much for the chance!

The book to encourage creative juices, the gift card to buy the supplies, and the twine to wrap things up (for a long time to come - judging by the quantity! =)) But seriously, I have some star-ornaments in mind. I'm making them out of the pages of an old hymnal that was my grandfather's... The twine would be a great addition around the edges...

Well as an avid cardmaker, general crafter (stained glass, upcycyling, beading, glass fusion, etc.) I have also been called a mini Martha and have been known to "Martha It Up" :) I could put all of those wonderful goodies to good use! I also frequent Michael's on a weekly basis, kind of glad they are a half hour away from me, lest I be there on a daily basis! Wow... let's see if I won that I'd definitely wrap all my Christmas goodies (and everything else from now till next Christmas) in twine, I'd promptly spend the gift certificate and I'd probably drool over the book but not actually make anything from it. How's that for honesty?

ReplyDeleteWOW! what a wonderful giveaway. What would I do? Well with the gift card my I would tke my scrapbook ladies and my daughters shopping. Our monthly craft night would LOVE all the extra goodies this would bring in.
ReplyDeleteI am part of a carding group, so I would share the twine with all of my carding buds. I'd probably use the Michael's gc to buy Tim Holtz stuff...he's my crafting guru! And I'd drool all over the new MS book and mess it up with drool marks. Then I'd get busy making things to keep and give away. She always has such great ideas!

ReplyDeleteWell, after passing out, LOL, I would share lots of that yummy twine away to my crafting friends and continue to use what I had left on cards and homemade gifts, I would probably end up hoarding the Michael's gift card a while, maybe purchase some Nestabilities dies with it or Martha Stewarts' new loom kit, and after reading her holiday ideas book I would pass it along to another crafty friend to enjoy - Thanks SO MUCH for selling this yummy twine for us to create with and for this UBER generous giveaway!
