Baker's Twine Accents with Julie Ranae

It's a new week and we are so glad you stopped by!
It's Julie Ranae here from Julie's Open Window
with a couple of greeting cards featuring
the best baker's twine on the planet!

Of course, I am speaking of the beautiful twine-goodness from
The Twinery!

I love working with die cuts and sometimes all they need
is a little extra pizazz bring them to life.
I used 'Blossom', 'Charcoal' & 'Cappuccino'
and just wove the three colors around the perimeter of the beaded oval frame.

The center sentiment is a die cut sticker...easy peasy!!

This next project is seriously an easy add for any type of card.

This card was created for the current sketch challenge
over at The Craft's Meow and part of the challenge calls
for a narrow 'strip' of sorts behind the focal point.

Here's what I'm talking about....

...so rather than use a strip of cardstock, I went with
a 'panel' of baker's twine in beautiful 'Honeydew'.

I love how versatile baker's twine is for my card-making
and with all of the fabby colors available from The Twinery, you're never
at a loss for additions to your projects.

Hope you enjoyed my time with you today.
