I love your colour choices for summer, couldn't have picked better myself! My fave summer activity has always been playing with my flowers in the garden. This year though, I have a grandson who is a year old, so I'm looking forward to blowing lots of bubbles in the yard!

We look for run down barns to take pictures of with our poloroid and try to find fields that no one has walked on in years to let the girls run, pick flowers, and enjoy anything that's just a little more simple than most days.

ReplyDeleteMy favorite summer activity is picnics. My Great Grandma and Grandma instilled a love for them in me. They use to make the most delicious food, pack it up in baskets, and off we'd go. I loved it. After eating they would let up play for hours. Now I do that with my son. It's wonderful. Thank you for the chance to win, it's a wonderful prize. I love your twine.

We go to the same little diner every year with a piece of paper and write down all the things we want to do this summer. They can be little things like eat pancakes for supper. Even now, at age 19 and 18, they STILL want to do it! isn't that cool!

You are going to think I'm crazy but my favorite activity is lawn mowing. ha! People think I'm working but really I am ALL by myself with my own thoughts for 2 hours. Unlike the house the yard stays nice for days! Something VERY reassuring about cutting away the yard one strip at a time. And I work on my tan too. :)

My favorite thing to do in the summer is to simply sit in the yard and watch my kids splash in the pool. Oh and if I'm sipping an iced coffee than that's even better!
