Accessorize with Twine!

Hello! It's Emily here with a fun post on how to use your twine as a fashion accessory on your cards, gifts and tags! As a published makeup and hair artist, I'm highly influenced by fashion and that's where I draw a lot of my inspiration from. In my life, I'm a true minimalist. I don't like clutter in anything I do which is probably why my favourite paper crafting style is clean and simple. I would like to show you what a little bit of beautiful twine from The Twinery can do for your projects! Let's start with some cute tags which double as gifts.

One of my favourite ways of accessorizing is with scarves. I love wearing scarves looped like this, especially in the spring and fall seasons.

Don't these ladies look fabulous in their twine scarves? They make me smile and I can't stop feeling their soft scarves!

How 'bout a fun belt with one of the prettiest shades of twine available?
I just love the honeydew twine!

This dress would look fantastic with a belt in any number of the shades
available here at The Twinery.

We all love tags, right? And when we travel, we have to decorate our luggage
in the cutest and most visible way possible!

That's where the twine comes in because we definitely don't want to lose our luggage.
I used the charcoal twine to secure the tag on this suitcase.

Even snowmen need their accessories.

I used lilac and cappuccino twine for this scarf but the standard maraschino and peapod colours
would make a great holiday card.

I treasure my handbags and take good care of them so I prefer to hang them on the back of a chair. That's what happens at meetings and parties, right? Plus this way, everyone can admire that bag! This sweet little bag features a braided twine handle in pink sorbet.

I hope I've inspired you with my projects today!
All of the stamps used in these projects are from Unity Stamp Company.
