hearts + twine

february1111_4
A mini garland of hearts tucked into an envelope for the one you love.

To make this project you will need:
twine, pretty paper (I used wrapping paper), a small hole punch and any sized envelope

First, punch a series of holes along the edges and bottom of the envelope. Then "sew" the twine around, tie a knot at one end and leave the other end long enough to attach the hearts.

Cut hearts to fit in the envelope from decorative paper that is blank on the back so you can write on them later.  Punch a single hole at the top of each heart and string them onto the twine.

Tie a knot at the end of the garland to keep the hearts attached.

Write sweet nothings on the back of each heart for your Valentine and tuck them inside the envelope.

Happy Valentine's Day!
