We just wanted to let everyone know that we've added more shipping options to our website just for you!
Many of our customers have asked us about quicker shipping options...and we have finally added those options to our website for your convenience! You've asked...we've answered!!These are the options we've added for you:
REGISTERED MAIL OPTION (International orders only) - This is a great way for our international customers to get a traceable tracking number on any order they place at The Twinery. All orders placed within the US already have a tracking number on every package once they ship, but unfortunately this is not a service that the USPS offers on International shipments. International packages are just issued a "Customs Number" - which basically allows the customer to see that their order has shipped, but it offers no delivery confirmation or a means of tracking a package within the shipping process. Since most of our customers would like to see their orders in transit to make sure the orders are on their way to their destinations and making progress through the International customs process, this is a great option for our International customers!
RUSH ORDER OPTION - We ship all of our stocked items within 1-3 business days from the time the order is placed...but occasionally a customer will need a product as quickly as possible! You can now add the "RUSH MY ORDER" option to your cart which will guarantee that your order will ship in 24 hours or less (most of the time, rush orders will actually ship out the same day they are placed). This only rushes the actual time of our order fulfillment process...in order to rush the time your package actually spends in transit with the USPS, we've also added options for you to upgrade your shipping methods as well.
PRIORITY MAIL UPGRADE (Domestic orders only) - You can now get your twine orders faster by adding this option to your cart. Once we ship out your order, it will only take 2-3 days for your items to reach you! All orders placed without this option will ship via USPS First Class mail and can take up to 5 or 6 days to reach their destinations. Please keep in mind that this only expedites the shipping method...it does not include the 1-3 business days it will take your order to process in our warehouse. To rush your order in our warehouse - just choose the 'RUSH MY ORDER' option to your cart as well.
EXPRESS MAIL UPGRADE (Domestic orders only) - By choosing this option, your items will reach you within 1-2 days once they are shipped! Most locations throughout the US will actually get their items the very next day! All orders placed without this option will ship via USPS First Class mail and can take up to 5 or 6 days to reach their destinations. Please keep in mind that this only expedites the shipping method...it does not include the 1-3 business days it will take your order to process in our warehouse. To rush your order in our warehouse - just choose the 'RUSH MY ORDER' option to your cart as well.
