More Teasers....and a GIVEAWAY!

THIS GIVEAWAY IS NOW CLOSED...WE WILL BE ANNOUNCING THE WINNERS SOON (check your inboxes)! :)

All of our twine sample spools came in this week! *Happy Dance*
We were too giddy to keep this excitement to ourselves - so here it is....

We already have people lined up waiting to get their hands on this stuff...and guess what?! We're gonna let you have a chance to get some for free even before it goes on sale in July!

How?

Just leave a comment here on what you'd use our twine for and what your favorite color is (the colors are listed below). Don't forget to leave us your email addresses in the comments so we can contact you...we're going to choose 15 lucky people to sample it!

*Each person chosen will receive 10 yards of each color to create with! The winners will be chosen randomly (thanks to the ever handy random number generator from random.org). This contest is open to everyone world-wide...so tell everyone you know to come on over here and leave us a comment!

Winners will be selected on June 10, 2010 and your twine samples will be shipped to you immediately.

But wait...there's more!

If you choose to join our Flickr group and upload photos of what you've created with our twine to our Flickr group by July 11...you'll be entered to win a whole spool of your color choice (a $14 value)! Just leave us a comment here on this post letting us know that you also uploaded a picture (or 2...or 3) - remember to also leave us your email in the comment- and you'll be entered to win! It's just that easy!

Upload pictures HERE.

Twine Colors (in order as they appear in the photo above - from left to right, starting with the back row): Maraschino, Mandarin, Lemondrop, Peapod, Lilac, Caribbean, Pink Sorbet & Cappuccino. We recently renamed the orange and green twine (previous names: Marmalade & Kiwi...we changed the names to better 'suit' the colors they represent).

My favorite is the Caribbean. It matches my logo and would be great for adding that extra special touch to all my orders.

  9. I heart LEMONDROP. I'll use it in the packaging for a top secret new product I'm working on! And of course I'll also use it on gift/favor packages and in photo shoots as props. Love all the colors, but I'm partial to the yellow.

  10. I LOVE the Caribbean one!

I make items for my Etsy shop out of recycled/upcycled materials and package everything up with outdated road maps, so this colour would match perfectly! I'd wrap it up all cute, tie on my gift card made with paper scraps and vintage postage stamps and it would be perfect!

As for what I'd use your lovely twine for, I can hardly think of anything I wouldn't adorn with it!
I send lots of packages so it would definitely make a great finishing touch for those.

  17. Oooh, so hard to decide! I think my favorite is the lilac - I'd use that to wrap presents and packages. But I'd also use the Maraschino and PeaPod to make Christmas tags and ornaments, the Caribbean would be perfect for tying up my sister's wedding favors, and the Cappuccino could just go everywhere! I want them all.
